While the specialty at McGinley Construction is home remodeling, we also remodel commercial properties as well as build custom homes.

bath. Sometimes there is a physical ailment pushing the necessity, such as the need to convert a bathroom into a handicap-accessible bathroom. Maybe your family is growing and you need your home to grow
simultaneously. Perhaps you originally bought the home years ago envisioning all the little home improvements you could do to enhance it; upgrade the windows and doors, upgrade your appliances, retexture, fresh
paint, replace your tile or carpet flooring with wood, or install new countertops and cabinets. Do you currently have a shower in your bathroom, but have always desired a deep soak tub? Perhaps the overall

Our design build services are available for your remodeling or building project from conception to completion. While some customers may choose to work with their own architect, our in-house design service is invaluable. It allows for greater collaboration throughout the building process and a more intimate understanding of your project goals. Our computer aided drafting (CAD) and estimating capabilities enable McGinley Construction to produce detailed plans with clear and accurate specifications. We realize that a home remodel can disrupt your household. Our commitment is to ease the disruption through planning and preparation. This allows us to work with you efficiently, minimizing chaos during the construction process.
McGinley Construction is also a leader in Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction. ICF homes and commercial buildings are
structurally secure while being extremely energy efficient and environmentally friendly. ICF homes provide superior insulation and offer superb fire resistance. Often times our customers will choose to have their
